It could be said that no one can be creative without the proper
setting. Design does not happen in a vacuum. In order for people
to perform at their optimal potential you need to provide an inspirational
work environment. It’s important to have nice paintings
and sayings around the office, but it is just as important that
the culture of the organization be conducive to creativity. You
need to understand creative people, how they work and what you
can do to help them.
