AND CHANGE
Design is a major element of all business. Companies
need to repeatedly innovate their products and services as they
become outdated, obsolete and uncompetitive. Organizations that
realize creativity is a valuable asset will be looking to develop
innovative teams.
These teams will flourish with inputs from marketing,
technology, production, and other contributors to stimulate a
continuous stream of creative ideas. Creative leadership and building
effective teams is an essential ability for a new leader. One
of the necessary elements required to accomplish this task is
the creation of vision. The other is the ability to embrace and
carry out change. Mastering these two fundamentals is a primary
goal of a new leader. The following paragraphs discuss what vision
is, how to identify it and the methods to create a winning vision.
